College Acceleration Program

International Connections Academy (iNaCA) students can get a head start in their college careers by earning an accelerated high school diploma and an associate’s degree in just four years. The opportunity to get ahead and save on college tuition costs via college online courses for high school students is available through the following unique college acceleration program:

The Dual Diploma Program

Earning an Accelerated High School Diploma and an Associate’s Degree

Our Dual Diploma program allows students to earn a diploma and an associate’s degree in just four years. Through this program and our partnership with American Public University (APU), students successfully completing the junior year at International Connections Academy are granted a year of college credit at APU at no costs beyond their iNaCA tuition and fees.

In their senior year, students are admitted directly to APU to complete both their high school graduation requirements and their sophomore year of college at the same time. (NOTE: Seniors enrolled in this program pay tuition directly to APU. For more information on APU tuition and fees, please visit the APU website.)

Upon successful completion of their senior year, students graduate with an accelerated high school diploma from iNaCA and an associate degree from APU. Students can enter the workplace with the advantage of an associate degree or go on to complete their bachelor’s degree.

American Public University is part of the American Public University System (APUS), which is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (www.hlcommission.org), a regional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (ED), and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). A nationally recognized leader in online education, APU offers more than 100 undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Arts & Humanities, Business Education, Public Service & Health, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), and Security and Global Studies.
