At Connections Academy, we measure results by parent/student satisfaction as well as by academic achievement. Each year, we survey parents to identify what we’re doing well and what we can do better. Evaluating student progress, teacher support, and quality of the curriculum—parents give us high marks. Here are the results from our most recent survey.
Going beyond the annual survey, we also ask for parent and student feedback every day. After completing an online lesson, students and Learning Coaches are asked to rate the lesson on a scale of one to five stars with five stars being the highest rating. They can also provide written comments. Our curriculum specialists use this feedback to continuously improve our courses.
