Kelly Dill

Ms. Dill is a counselor at International Connections Academy (iNaCA). She started her teaching career in 2002 and has been with iNaCA since 2016. Ms. Dill holds a master’s degree in guidance and counseling from the Southeast Missouri State University. She shares her story below:

“I became a counselor because I love helping others, especially teenagers. In addition, my mother, aunt, and uncle were all teachers, so I grew up with frequent educational conversations at the dinner table!

I love the flexibility that iNaCA offers our students. I am proud to be working for a school that allows students to pursue their dreams, while still receiving a top-notch high school education. I also appreciate the relationships and personal attention that the iNaCA staff offers our students. I enjoy the opportunity to not only work with students throughout the United States but also from all corners of the globe! As I work with them to help them reach their personal and educational goals, I am learning from them as well!

iNaCA offers students the opportunity to reach their educational goals through the wide variety of courses, including standard, honors, AP®, and dual credit courses. We strive to meet the needs of all students by offering three graduation plans, as well as a program that allows students to graduate with both a high school diploma and a college associate’s degree simultaneously. Students graduate from iNaCA not only with a solid educational foundation but also with the ability to be independent and responsible. I would advise a parent to give iNaCA a try! With our program, students have the opportunity to grow educationally, socially, and personally.”

When Ms. Dill isn’t counseling, she enjoys making crafts and spending time with her three dogs. Her two active teenagers also keep her busy in her spare time with sports and musicals.

iNaCA is special because of the amazing staff. The environment is so positive and uplifting!
