Ms. Leath is the assistant principal at International Connections Academy (iNaCA). She started her education career in 2001 and joined iNaCA in 2019. Ms. Leath holds a bachelor of science degree in business education, a master of education in education leadership, and an education specialist degree in curriculum and instruction. Presently, she is pursuing her doctorate in education leadership.
Ms. Leath’s educational experiences include teaching for virtual and bricks-and-mortar schools for ten years and serving as a school leader for nine years. Through her experiences, Ms. Leath’s belief is that each student is a unique individual who needs a caring and rigorous learning environment to grow and mature in today’s society. She believes that personalized learning is the key to stimulating a student’s passion for learning. She is ecstatic to join a team that is focused on developing students who are career- or college-ready for the 21st century.
Ms. Leath’s lifelong motto is, “Education is the most powerful tool that you can use to change the world.” Her charge to every student is to utilize the curriculum, resources, and support to grow academically and be the future change agent.
